There’s a knowing that never leaves you.
At 40, I’ve come full circle. A completion of where life needed to direct me to learn lessons, retrieve wisdom and to embody the mind-body connection to feel my best again.
I’m the healthiest, most grounded version of myself I’ve ever known and from this place, I am here to spread big messages.
And this is how it happened.
The Moment Everything Changed
At 14, a knee injury took football away from me, this was the thing I loved most, the place where I felt free and powerful in my body. What followed wasn’t just the loss of sport, but the losing of my sense of self and a total disruption to my whole life.
Unable to move the way I once could, I turned to food for comfort, alcohol, drugs. Any escape root I’d take it. I began fighting my body instead of trusting it. Trying to control weight, emotions, and pain all while feeling disconnected from myself led to years in cycles of self-abandonment.
What started as physical injury became emotional survival and I could never settle.
The Self-Sabotage Cycle
Over time, this evolved into a pattern many know intimately:
- Emotional eating
- Extreme dieting
- Toxic relationships
- Alcohol, drugs, and constant distraction
Everything was connected but I couldn’t see a way out. I kept repeating the same cycles, believing discipline was the answer, when in truth, safety was what was missing.
The Reset: Coming Home to Myself
Over the last 8–9 years, I’ve been releasing old pain and searching for any way of learning to feel better again and stop sabotaging. The mind-body connection has been a pivotal point in healing.
Something profound has now shifted. Making peace with my past, understanding that each sequence of life no matter how challenging has been part of what I now know.
I carry a sense of calm I never knew before. My body feels like it’s restoring itself not through force, but through listening. I’ve studied my patterns, noticed where fear once drove my decisions, and uncovered how deeply I’d been running from my own life. It feels like as I’ve addressed my problems my body has held and now its melted and become softer, like a deep femininity is here now ready to love from love. My masculine survival energy has carried me through to here and I can stand-down and let my creativity be the driving force as I ground and build life from where I am. Home.
This isn’t about “fixing” the body.
It’s about remembering how to live inside it.

Football is back in my life, after everything my body has been through I’m living proof that healing is possible when we work with ourselves, not against. Even being back on that pitch feels like a miracle.

We’ll dive deep into the root causes of emotional eating, uncovering how hormones, unmet needs, and past trauma fuel the cycle of comfort eating and self-loathing. We will begin building up the somatic awareness of the mind and the body.
Week 1: Tending to unmet needs, healing the inner child, reconnecting with your body, and building the foundation for a new relationship with food and how you feel about yourself.
Week 2: Understanding hunger hormones, stress, intuition, self-criticism, and how to reprogram your response to your body to nurture and care for yourself
Week 3: Harmonising your rhythms with your menstrual cycle, the moon, and the seasons to create overall well-being.
Week 4: Embracing your power, moving the body to develop the fascia, detoxifying, and building self-esteem from the inside out.

Month Two: Breaking Free from Toxic Relationships
With a balanced body, we’ll explore how to break free from the relationship patterns that have kept you stuck in cycles of self-doubt and control. We need each other in order to this work.
Week 1: Setting boundaries, making peace with the past, and radical self-acceptance.
Week 2: Defining your values, non-negotiables, and learning how to listen to your intuition.
Week 3: Protecting your energy, learning to soften, and creating space for true connection.
Week 4: Trusting in solitude, leading from love, and finding your sense of belonging.

Month Three: Embodying Your Soul’s Purpose
In the final month, we’ll integrate everything we’ve learned to help you step into your soul-led, purposeful life with confidence, excitement and joy.
Week 1: Aligned choices, self-trust, and embracing your soul’s purpose.
Week 2: Speaking with confidence, leading with love, and trusting your voice.
Week 3: Becoming magnetic, playful, and surrounded by people who elevate you.
Week 4: Owning your glow, making an impact, and loving who you are.
