This practice is about learning to work with your body, rather than against it. At the heart of everything Eloise does is to bring attention to the body to learn how to trust it. Trusting yourself is the greatest investment to your life.
We explore where the mind creates tension, resistance, or control towards the body and begin to soften those patterns. Those patterns which will be threaded throughout your life.
The confusing moments that never quite made sense, the feelings you couldn’t explain, the reactions from your body, the cycles that keep repeating this is where we start to understand them. These are the confusing patterns that keep you in self doubt.
This is not just yoga for stretching or movement. It’s a practice that supports your whole system, mind, body, and nervous system helping to release stored tension and stress while building confidence, clarity, and self-trust.
What has been ignored or pushed aside in the body often holds valuable insight. Instead of avoiding discomfort, we learn how to listen to it, understand it, and transform it into something meaningful and supportive. Turning pain into power.
You’ll start to recognise the unhelpful thoughts and beliefs that may be influencing your life without your awareness and gently begin to let them go. As well as this your relationships will improve and you’ll not allow others to take advantage of you.
What to Expect
We combine guided movement, stillness, and simple personal development exercises to build somatic awareness which is learning to notice and understand sensations within the body. The whole purpose is to train you rmind to be interested in sensations. You wont be thinking of anything else when you learn this.
A key part of this work is intuitive: reconnecting with your body’s natural wisdom and strengthening your ability to trust yourself. Over time, you’ll learn how to respond to your needs with clarity and confidence, rather than doubt or overwhelm.
We also incorporate elements of yin yoga, holding postures in stillness to work deeply with the body’s connective tissues. This creates space not only physically, but mentally and emotionally allowing you to observe patterns without becoming caught up in them.
Eloise loves to bring fun to this experience too, her humour has got her through the toughest of life challenges.
This approach is deeply transformative, supporting you in moving through stress, emotional patterns, and even physical discomfort. Eloise has become pain free, if you’ve felt disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure. Eloise believes that there is a way to find peace through any life challenges.
This is for anyone who wants to feel more positive and to take care of themselves and improve the trust in the choices you make, the relationships that support you and the fulfilment of living your best life.

REVIEWS:
‘Eloise’s classes are amazing. It’s like a full body massage whilst giving time for your mind to settle and focus again. You leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. A little time for you in this fast paced world, I’ve never given myself chance to notice my body so much. Ive learned how to listen to my body. Absolutely love it. Thanks Eloise.’ Lissy.
“If someone told me over a year ago that I had the power to change the way I spoke to myself, I wouldn’t have believed them. I hadn’t even acknowledged the idea that we subconsciously spoke to ourselves all day, every day. I always found it hard to unwind, switch off, slow down from the world. Recently I have been able to truly see and understand the progression I have made from becoming aware of my inner self and the control I have in changing my mindset. Eloise has allowed me to face some of my biggest demons, to embrace my own challenges, both physical and mental and overcome them. A year ago I told myself I wasn’t good enough, I wasn’t strong enough, I couldn’t do it. I am now finding my strength, my determination and I know that I can keep pushing myself to discover more potential. Thank you.” – Daisy
