Embodiment Yoga

All the ordinary regimes that your life consists of, this is chance to reflect, where we find where the mind fights with the body. We step out to detect where automated behaviours play out, in order to reconnect with your body and feel the sensations that are always there but often get drowned out by distractions and rejected because of discomfort. This is powerful stuff. When you learn to tune into your body, to listen to the sensations, and to understand the intelligence behind them, it can radically transform your life. Find the unhelpful thoughts and beliefs from the mind that you probably have no idea that are creating problems in your life. It’s one of the most important connections you’ll ever make.

We’ll explore embodiment through conscious movement, yin yoga, breath work and personal development exercises. But a big part of this is intuitive, tapping into your body’s wisdom and developing a strong somatic awareness where you bring the trust of yourself back in. I’ll throw in some extra tools and practices along the way, because I like to keep things interesting! I connect so deeply to myself whilst teaching that the wisdom flows to enhance the overall experience.

Once you establish a connection to your body, you’ll learn how to respond to what you feel, giving yourself exactly what you need, day in and day out. This is about unlocking your wisdom, reducing where you doubt yourself and gain clarity to trust your body’s messages.

From Busy and Distracted to Calm and Present

I can’t even explain how life-changing it is when you slow down and really check in with your body. Integrating conscious movement with stillness has been my personal game-changer. It helped me get out of chronic pain, heal from PTSD, and break free from other old patterns. That’s why I’m passionate about sharing this because I want everyone to know the magic of what happens when you listen to your body and escape from the trap of pills, labels, doctors (and your mind keeping you there).

When you slow down, that’s when the juiciness of life shows up. In these sessions, you’ll discover new depths of self-awareness, trust, and confidence. You’ll unravel from whatever’s keeping you numbed or distracted and learn to listen to your body at your own pace.

Together, we’ll explore how to bring more peace and acceptance to your life, noticing how each moment can gently guide you toward what your soul is calling you to. It’s about building trust in yourself, trusting life, and everything in between.

Feel What’s Happening in Your Body as It’s Trying to Tell You Something

If you’re dealing with discomfort, whether physical or emotional, I highly recommend joining in. Your body is speaking to you, and it wants your attention. There’s wisdom in those sensations, and we’ll bring them to light through energetic practices.

How would it actually feel to trust yourself fully and not doubt anymore? I’m guessing it would feel like a weight lifted, like you’re finally in the driver’s seat of your own life.

In our sessions, we’ll also use yin yoga to hold poses that meet stillness, working through tension and stuck energy in the body. It’s a great way to improve flexibility by stretching the fascia and creating space to observe your mind’s patterns. When you focus on sensation, you’re not fueling thoughts, you’re embodying presence.

This is a pathway to reconnecting with your body, accessing your power, and unlocking your inner wisdom. Let’s take this journey together.
